gsm cell broadcast

Hi,
Where can I get the format for a GSM Cell Broadcast Message(CBM)?
And also is the format same for all carriers across all countries?

Look to the +CBM response in AT Command manual of your GSm modem .PDU should be same as for normal.
There are alsosystem messages allowable to be displayed on mobile screen (but those are not CBM) .

Well I am doing Symbian programming and require the CBM format for that purpose. I don't have any GSM modem at my exposure and I am getting
the CBM but not able to interpret them.
