how to make sma connector

i want to simulate triangle of sierpinski monopole with momentum but i dont know how to make the sma connector .

momentum is only for 2.5D not 3D (at least as i'm familiar with it, perhaps this is a new feature from the last two years). So you need a 3D simulator. But to be honest: just simulate the antenna and forget about the SMA. After all you're not designing a connector are you. I think the errors you would make in modeling the SMA connector are comparable to the actual return loss it would induce so if I were you I would not bother.

At least if you're using the connector in the frequency range it is intended for. And if you are using correct side-launch types.

I think it may be possible in ADS 2008 since it has emds built in.

You may not require to model the SMA connector, Just assign the port. the soft ware will take care of it

You can model SMA connector in ADS 2009 using 3D component and design kit feature of emds.

I am having trouble about patching and liciencing ADS 2009.Ihave made all process except

Create/Edit the environment variable "AGILEESOFD_LICENSE_FILE"
to point to "License.lic":

Variable = AGILEESOFD_LICENSE_FILE
value = C:\ADS2009\Licenses\License.lic
I didn't understand what it means so Ihave failed.Canyou help me about it
