4way Wilkinson Power Divider

Hi everyone! Can anyone tell me the difference(advantages&disadvantages) between splitting the power into for arms directly and doing it with two stages(first dividing the power into two arms then dividing again these couple into two arms.)Also reference suggestions would be good!
