Modifying antenna dimensions

I'm a newbie designing a yagi-uda microstrip antenna using HFSS 10. I already had an original design but now I need to change the freq, Er, and thickness of the antenna.

I have the application txline.

Please suggest how I should go about doing this, i.e. what sequence in which to modify, the constants that remain the same etc.
