Suggest me a topology for a HPA L band 150 Watt design

Hello,

I'm now busy with a design of a HPA L band 150 Watt. with pHEMT as an acitve device.. I want to bias the transistors in class AB mode and
I think , i can achieve the required Pout with 4 transistor in parallel. Can someone suggest a topology for this desing. (combiner topology)Also biasing network.. Should I choose the bias point Imax/pi to operate it in class AB
