off-the-shelf mmic,discrete packaged vco or fixed oscillator

Anyone know of an off-the-shelf mmic or discrete packaged vco or fixed oscillator that can operated somewhere between 8 and 11 Ghz, and put out at least 200 mw. Performance is not imporatant, since this is just for a burn-in rack. I am not having much luck finding one.

Does Fujitsu still make mesfets? Can't find FLK052WG anywhere.

I found it in these book from Grebennikov; hopfely he knows it , maybe its from Siemens (or some cooperation w. Fujitsu)?. At publications time 2007 he worked by Siemens...
