Help Required on Simulating Antenna Designed on ADS

I have a antenna design obtained from the internet. I have implemented the same in Agilent ADS. As far as I am aware I have followed all instructions apart from where it specifies a via. I used a circle (in the layer called hole). When I check the 3-D view of the antenna the top and bottom layers are connected.


However, when I simulate the design, my results do not match with the expected results. Your thoughts will be helpful. Attached are the original documents and the Agilent ADS file.
