analysis of a helical coil resonator using hfss

i want to do analysis of a helical coil resonator using hfss.
i am intrested in eigenmode and q factor analysis.
can any one give me the detail about that?

hi what kind of help you are seeking, you should look out hfss software properly i think its very easy to analysis q factor and other details.

i am totally new at hfss, i have a hfss full book with me,
but in that there is very less information regarding analysis of
helical resonator.
my problem is that how to draw a coil geometry, if there are two helical
resonators separated by some amount of distance, and analysis them with their
eigenmodes and q factors, so as i get a strong coupling between them.
