Half Wave vs Full Wave Charge Pump

For particularly in RFID, it seems that more transponders use half-wave charge pump than full-wave.

In terms of power harvesting, the full-wave has an advantage. In efficiency of power converting, I think the half-wave has an advantage.

Can anybody please pick up some significant differences between them?
