Oscilloscope and Spectrum analyzer, Wher to buy used stuff?

Hello all,
A while ago, when i was navigating through the internet, i found a site offering to sell many types of used lab instrumentaitions, including wave-form generators, digital storage oscilloscopes, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, ... and many others, for many vendors, and almost all of them were at relatively low price compared to other sites that offer used stuff.

But unfortunately, i didnt look at the address of that site, just added to book marks, and lost it after my next windows installation :(

Now, I want to buy used low price spectrum analyzer and oscilloscope, so, if anybody knows good place from which i can buy, tell me about it,

In fact, i'm looking for the same site i saw before, i hope that someone found and can give me its address..however, other suggestions are also appreciated.

It's another site, (not sure if it's owned by a person rather than company), but it was offereing oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers with prices down to 200S !

Web browsers have a feature to export and import bookmarks to and from a text file. It is good insurance to do this and then put a copy on a floppy or CD and store it in a safe place.

Concerning the feature you mentioned, i didn't understand what is it for? and how to use it in internet explorer or Modzilla fire fox..

The import-export feature is so that you can have a copy of your browser bookmarks in a safe place. If some disaster happens to your computer and the bookmarks get erased, you can restore them from the externally stored copy.

I buy a lot of stuff from ebay, and for the most part it comes in working as advertised. Mostly I only buy from US sellers though. Not sure how well it would work in Egypt. The key on ebay is to only buy from sellers with a high feedback rating--at least 200 feedbacks and very few or no negative feedbacks. Also, check recent auctions to make sure they are for test equipment. You do not want to buy a spectrum analyzer from a guy who has the last 20 feedbacks on comic book auctions!

There are used equipment dealers that have store-fronts, and sell equipment with short warrantees, like 30 day warrantees. That way, if you get something and it smokes, you can at least get your money back. A lot of them will ship internationally.
