How to induce the EMF of a RFID immobilizer around a bike?

i want to induce the EMF of the RFID READER around the bike .is it possible,if so plz help me how to do and vth necessary circuit diagram.

Use the relay provided in conjunction with the immobiliser to disconnect the posetive wire connecting the ignition coil of your vehicle. Connect in series so that when immobilised, the posetive suppply to the IG coil gets disconnected...Cheers
