i need the cost of the programs

dear friends im doing a project of designing an antenna and my teacher want from me to do a work about the cost of these programs inorder to see the differnces
i tryed to contact some companies but i couldnt get THEM THE PRİCES if some one know about the prices i hope some one help me ... im using 3 softwares i got it from emule so im happy that i could get them but now im working on them thanks alot
