but if you reed pdfs again, you see that this transistors are useful for linear opreation
for example NPT25100, A 90W but all measurements of datasheet at 10W !
and for Cree I did not find any nonlinear model for transistors
BUT this is GAN, is there any othe options: GaAs? or only GAN is solution
