How to calculate the feed point in HFSS?

Hi all :)
can somone please help with:
1) The feed point cause i'm not really sure how we calulcate it....i tried using Antenna Theory analysis and design by Balanis (3rd edition) looking at example 14.2 but im not really sure how they got the G(12) = 6.1683e-4 using the 14.18(a) equation
just to make it simple the parameters i'm using are:
f(r) = 9.5GHz
thickness = 0.508mm
Dielectric Constant = 2.2
E(eff) = 2.09
W = 12.48mm
delta(L) = 0.267mm
L = 10.38mm
The effective Length = 10.917mm
so can someone please help me....

sorry i forgot to mention that this was for a probe-fed patch antenna
