CPW Patch Antenna Design - enhanced performance compare

Hello Guys,

I need someone who has designed CPW patch antenna. I want to design this type of antenna and microstrip antenna with enhanced performance and will them in my thesis.

The problem is how am i going to design and simulate CPW patch antenna. I can't find clue how to begin with.
