Hello,
I am interested in researching existing pulsed RADAR units for the interrogation of a sensor. Specifically, this sensor is a temperature sensitive, passive dielectric resonator. The RADAR unit can operate at any frequency, and should have a range of approximately 1/2 meter (at around 10 GHz), but for now frequency and range characteristics are not of importance.
I am looking for any vendors of a such an interrogator (from whom I could purchase such a system), schematics, or block diagrams of functional units so that I may research these types of interrogators. Eventually I would like to build my own based on the knowledge from this research.
