design of a high pass filter

i am in the process of designing an antenna . i need to match an antenna with impedence of 28 ohm to 50 ohm. the operating freq range is 500-1000MHZ . for which i have planned to use high pass filter for impedence transformation. can some one help me how to design such a filter

Download WinSmith, set the frequency range, the reference and load, chose whatever matching network topology, and tune it.
