hi anyone can tell which is the tool used for antenna design and it can be easily downloadble for free.

HFSS for narrow band and small atenna
CST for wide band and large atenna

This student version works with 3000 surface and 1000 wire elements.

There is a free fdtd solver called opengems:

There is also 4nec2 for free.
