hw to dsign a circular polarization for reflectarray antenna

plz help me how to design a circular polarization for reflectarray antenna. this is for my final project,,i have no idea how to start it,,

Patch antenna is reflect antenna due to GND plane.
Ask your guide if this is OK or not.

there are several technique to achieve circular polarization.one of the technique is by using stub matching connected to patch element. what do you think about this technique?
