Wireless communication bands like UWB

Does there exist any wireless communication-applications (like TV,FM/AM Radio,Radar,Mobile

Towers,etc.)in UWB (Ultra Wide Band) ?
Is it an emerging technology ?

Can anybody tell about all the Frequency Bands that we are using in current wireless domain ?
