How to measure sensitivity of LNA?

Dear all, I need some help here.
I'm designing a 5.8GHz LNA for RF front end receiver.
And i've no idea on how to measure the sensitivity of the LNA.
Does anyone has the simulation example or tutorial about sensitivity measurement?
This would help a lot.

The LNA sensitivity is theorytically measure of MDS (Minimum Detectable Signal) so NF and Bandwidth.Everybody knows

MDS=-174dBm+NF(dB)+10log(BW)

But Overall sensitivity of a system is totally depended on modulation scheme, wanted S/N ratio,bandwidth and NF of the system.
So, it's not possible to define a " sensivity standalone", instead it should be considered with other receiving components together.
And finally how much S/N you wish at the output of a receiving system.
