Could OP be powered Asymmetric in PLL?

Hi friends!
I want a OP have 16V output in active filter in PLL. But the datasheet of the OP
said it works at ±15V. could I use a -5V and +20V to add the positive output rang?
Is there any problem that OP be powered Asymmetric.

No, there shouldn`t be a problem in principle.
However, fixing the output voltage at 16 V DC requires a specific circuitry (feedback configuration of the opamp).
