please suggest a possible schematic of mixer

Hello to everyone!
I need to design mixer with the following params iip3 > +5 dBm with 5 dB of power gain.

There are the following restrictions:
single RF input;
without use of inductors;
400 Ohm output impedance of RF source;
300 Ohm load impedance;
3 V supply.
RF = LO = 220 MHz (direct conversion)

I'm leaning towards using single input variant of Gilbert cell. I'd be grateful for any suggestions.
