2-GHz class-c amplifier
i want to design a c class amplifier in 2ghz frequency with 50mw input power and 2w output power, but i have a strange problem,i couldn't find any series of transistor that i can put them one after another in stages and reach to mentioned amplifier.
as u know i need im(ZL) and Pin-Pout for each transistor.but for 2 ghz i couldn't find an appropriate.
please help me
Dear hamebaman
you can think about a balanced configuration.for example you can inject the input power to a wilkinson and the output power of each of the wilkinson ports will be some number about 25mw and then use some transistors that can carry out such a power.this metheod can countinue until achiving the resonabl input and output power
I hope this method can help you

thank you for your help, but i mustn't use any a power divider.
and i had searched those sites and i couldn't find any appropriate.
Most of the designers do this way.
match the first stage output to 50 ohm and so on than matching the interstate directly.
I mean complex conj match -->50ohm--->complex conj match
