HFSS 10 will struggle with this geometry. you will need to do some potentially advanced healing, and even then I am unsure whether you will be successful. You need to upgrade to HFSS12.1 as it handles helical structures very well.

The first suggestion is to have a helix with a polygon cross section, say a hexagon, rather than a true circle. This will ease the meshing in HFSS10.
