help in transmitting powe and vedio on the same cable?

hi every body>

i really need help with my project>
i want to transmit 12 dc power to a security camera i think (cctv) and receive video signal through the same twisted pair of wire (telephone wire ) >>>

actually i tried to use the motorized antenna device at the transmitter side and using the other end for directly power the camera and placed a capacitor in series with the +ve end to receive vedio signal down on transmitter which actually have the same idea for isolating vedio from powe>>>>but

it did not work
