using ceramic resonators as filters
I can not get ceramic filters in my city for 455, Only ceramic reasonators ( 2 pins) are available. Is it possible to use these resonators as filters and how?
any help is greatly appreciated.

Your information input is poor.
If you need a FILTER for 455 kHz, please find a filter. A single ceramic resonator alone will not work. You would have to combine 3-4 resonators, with capacitor coupling. To make a good filter from resonators, you need a well equipped laboratory, with a sweep oscillator, detector and oscilloscope.
As the cost of a good 455 kHz filter is ~ 50 cents, it makes not much sense to make a new design. If you cannot find a filter, I would try to get a discarded AM radio, and take the filter from it.
If you mentioned 455 MHz, then it becomes even more difficult trying to create a good filter from single resonators. I would suggest to check ARRL Radio Amateurs Handbook, it describes good designs of UHF filters.
