i build a pic programmer with a reference to this site:

the device has been successfully verified on the ic prog. But when i started to click "read all" on the ICprog, the program that i burned on the pic is not read by the programmer.
most of the time, when i program it, it failed. but when i look at the assembly file on the ICPROG, the program is there. but when i started to read the program of the IC on the icprog, it goes back to its default 0xff.
Please help me.
