Advice on 2.4 GHz spectrum analyzer software
Can anyone recommend (free?) spectrum analyzer software that can give a realtime picture of all signals within the 2.4GHz band? I found one that shows all wifi-signals, but I would like something that shows everything present.
Thanks,
Ulrik
nothing available that I know of
it would require some very serious RF circuitry and software none of which would be given away for free
OK... I guess I thought it could be done with the WIFI module in my laptop. Can you recommend anything that is not free then?
Am not at home at the moment so unable to provide a link but there is a German company that makes a nice handheld spec an. capable of many GHz it can also interface to a computer and display in real time
~ USS3000. have been tempted to purchase one for some time.
As much of the work I do is now above the 1.9Ghz range of my own spec an.
Im not aware of any others, but there could well be. They are going to require a substantial cost.
or you could go a used 3Ghz HP spec an for ~ USS3500
MAYBE this can help (search made with keywords "2.4 ghz cheap spectrum analyzer"):
