Problem with converting TLSC to MLSC on ADS

I am trying to design a LPF with a cutoff frequency at 3.3GHz.The Tlines-ideal model is working perfectly but when I have converted them into Tlines-Microstrip using LineCalc it does not seem to be giving me the correct results of the filter transfer function.

I have attached the circuits as pdf file.Can someone please tell me what is wrong?
