Motorola MET LDMOS Model for Ansoft Designer

Hi,

If somebody have Motorola LDMOS library for Ansoft Designer ( i need model for MRF21125 ), could he send it (email) to me? I know the filename : Motorola_LDMOS_DESIGNER_DK_V1.zip , but i have not succeed to find it.
