The sinuous Antenna using HFSS or CST

Contact your Application Engineer and request the Antenna Design Toolkit. This application is unlicensed, assuming you are on maintenance with Ansoft, and will automatically create many UWB structures including Sinuous, log, regular spirals.

Can you give me some information about one of the Antenna Design Toolkit?
