class e and class f rf power amplifier for ISM band

eloo.. i need help.. i design the rf amplifier for class e and classf by using the Agilent MGA-82563 component . but in CST microwave studio dont have the libry of this component..so

how can i replace this component that should be able have another component in CST sofware

or anybody have source where can i get the libry of my component.

and last anybody can help b to get the s-parameter of my component which operate at 2.4GHz and5.8GHz cause in datasheet that not state the value of this range freq

You can not change the class of an amplifier.It has own bias and it's been developed for certain class of operating.

so..how can i simulate the component in CST microwave design

You can not simulate active devices in CST.
CST is 3D EM simulator, not for active circuits.That's why you couldn't find this amplifier in its library.
