where can i find tutorial about HFSS, XFDTD, IE3D or CST MICROWAVES because i want to learn how to use them.

U can find some HFSS examples at http://www.emtalk.com/
You can find a lot more information regarding these simulation softwares and techniques/problems in the EM simulation group on this forum. And there's a ton of tutorials for HFSS/CST etc.. in the group as well.
