What is the phase of the current in a receiving dipole/monopole ?

In the case of a resonant loop antenna, there is Pi/2 radians phase shift between the incoming magnetic field and the current in the antennna - it follows from the Faraday's law.
What is the phase of the current w.r.t. the phase of the incoming magnetic field in a resonant dipole/monopole antenna?
