Noise Figure error simulation?

Can anyone explain me why there is a little difference at Noise Figure value?

Am i doing something wrong with SP analysis tab parameters or Noise Analysis tab parameters?

I guess question is not clear. I am sorry to say that I could not understand the problem.

What i am trying to say is that in Virtuoso Analog Design Enviroment there is an Analyses tab where you can choose and perform AC,DC,SP,noise e.t.c simulations.
If i choose to run both sp and noise simulation and then plot the desired NF at 5 Ghz, a small deviation is found! Can you explain me why there is a little difference?

This difference could be due to setup.
for NF the results are from the VGS sweep where as in S-para you will fix the VGG but not sure that the bias is same as NF setup.
Additionally in S-para components will add the additional NF but not in NF setup.
