phase noise analysis of ring oscillator

hi
i m designing a clock generated from a ring oscllator. now i want to analysis the phase and jitter of ring oscillator.how can i do this?in which software?is it possible to analysis of phase and jitter of a ring oscillator in hspice?if it is than how.what is the syntax?

does hcspice 2007.03 hspice rf simulation?it doesnt simulate.it cant recognize .phasenoise function.
