need tutorials of higher antenna to use MMANA simulation software

I am using MMANA for antenna simulation and using a dipole antenna but i want to go further to some advance antenna like microwave or anyother.
Can anyone help me out please to get the tutorial for other higher antenna instead of dipole.
I need it urgently because i have very limited time period.
