awr software add netlist

Hi,
how do work the add netlist import
i looking for a 2n5109 and found the info from the 2n5109 from
Central Semiconductor Corp.
to save the text but now how does game ?
i go to add netlist import the text file ?
import file as ?
how works this ?
can someone clear this is my ? Thanks

I hope these are PSpice files ...If so, First save this as 2n5109. cir note not as *.txt extension
Then to import to Microwave Office go Project->Add netlist->Import netlist->Import file as PSPICE netlist files as (*.CIR))
If no error/warnings then create new circuit schematic & select Add Subcircuit to call the model...
