Ku band uplink and down link for india region

Greetings to all..!

This was my first post in this site, iam very confused about ranges of uplink and downlink frequencies in sat comm like in c and Ku bands..

Can any one tell me exactly what is the range for c and ku band up /down link frequencies.

it's up to the satellite, different satellite have different freq. It's designed by different nations.

From textbook, you can get freq band definition, such as C band is 4~6G, etc.

yeah ufcourse we can get it from text books, but no two text books give the same UL/DL frequencies for the Ku band. where as every text book give the same like for C band -U/L: 5.985 to 6.25 GHz D/L : 3.7 to 4.2GHz, when it comes to Ku band i couldn't find the same one in two different text books.

I googled the satellite and found some parameters, such as following:
1. Asia 3S: uplink:14.000-14.500 GHz downlink: 12.250-12.750 GHz

the following satellite maybe cover India:
