about this website, is there anyone knowing how to use?

recently i found this web site about antenna design and visualization-------http://www.adv-program.com/
however i did not know how to use~~~~ everytime i plan to register but it need serial number~~~~is there someone knowing where i can get or buy that serial number? and how to use this website or download some software from here~~~ thank you very much~~~

I think it is based on this book:

which comes with a CD with the software.
