wideband receivers FSET, Dynamic Sciences
Does anyone know EMI test receivers with very wideband IF?
200MHz minimum (it is not a typo 200MHz)
I know of two: FSET, Dynamic Sciences
Any others?

I think such receivers exist but you do not indicate the center frequency. For EMI testing, the international standards require testing over a specified bandwidth with a narrow-band test receiver.
Your method may be better utilized by a spectrum analyzer with a FFT module.
You can also build a suitable receiver by using a wideband IF amplifier/detector , with suitable down converters. Finding a commercial receiver having a wideband response may be not possible now.
Or, you can use a wideband ADC with a suitable software. Similar device is available from GNU Radio, possibly elsewhere.
I need the receiver for something more than just EMI testing.
I know two receivers that meet my expectations: Dynamic Sciences DSI-600
and R&S FSET7. However FSET7 s a receiver that you can switch on only once and it is better not to switch it off or you may be not able to switch it on again.
And we had some problems with DSI-600 not working correctly and the support wasn't serious about their customer.
So we are looking for a replacement.
I need at least 200MHz IF bandwidth at any freq upto at least 3GHz , 7GHz would be better.

I do not know if a particular receiver is directly available in a form you need it.
I think that you can find an ADC capable to cover the IF from ~ DC to ~200 MHz, then you will have to make or find down converters for the center frequency of up to 7 GHz.
I am not aware of a commercial product directly matching your requirements.
