dielectric choice substrate choice wirebonding

i am designing an LNA at 2.45 GHz , i would like to know which substrate would be best (substatre name hight thickness)to give lowest noise, also which matching technique will be best.....


also does anyone know wire bonding / on chasis design in ADS or some book, I wish to make inductors and resistors capacitors from 32 guage wire

Don't use FR4, some RF materials substrate can do, such as RO4350B/10mil/0.5oz, or Arlon, etc.
