Learning Agilent's ADS tool

I am told to learn designing of filters and antenna using microstripe lines in Agilent's ADS...I have hands on experiance on using ADS tool..but while interpreting the results of the tool is bit tougher...
I am not getting from where to start for designing Filter and antenna...

Please help guys..

1st find some antenna design samples for learning, then read the handbook for design your own antenna.
