how to get flicker noise for NMOS and PMOS?

How to get the flicker noise of NMOS and PMOS devices from simulation? What kind of simulation should be ran to get it?

Use noise analysis in Cadence ADE. Of course, pls use NMOS/PMOS model with the noise.

AC simulation from DC to maybe 1MHz with noise analysis turned on.

But be aware that this assumes that your model has the valid 1/f noise parameters included.
