Problem with HFSS eigenmode simulation

Hi all,
I am simulating the attached structure in HFSS to calculate the resonant frequencies of the structure. After running for long time the simulation got aborted with the memory error and says that 'hfss3d cant be created and so on'.
I know that this problem arises due to one of the following reasons.
1-too large electrical wavelength of structure
2- units mismatch
3- Memory issue
I believe that all these issues r irrelevant here or i just couldnt find out whts the problem.If anyone can check the strucutre and suggest the solution,i ll be thankful.
