looking for high frequency capacitors

Hi Guys

I am looking for the capacitors which can work at 10GHz for impedance match, means they are still capacitors and keep the same value. Does any body have recommendations? Thanks.

Muruta have similiar capacitor, and AMC have microwave capacitor used for even 40GHz.

Single layer chip capacitors work for high frequencies. You can also make the single layer capacitor yourself but cutting rogers PCB.
