Converting 2 port S parameter to 3 port S parameter

How to convert a two port spar from a common source device measurement to a 3-port spar?

I know one can program all the required equations in ADS. But does ADS or any other tools have any built-in features that can handle this?

You can "lift" the ground connection of the ADS S2P component, so that you have 3 terminals, and connect it as needed.

That is what I thought too. Have you ever verified (or have ways to show) this approach is correct?
