Hi,ckshivaram
Yesterday I found that the CMU200 haven't the RSSI test target? How to get the RSSI test result?
You can use AT+CCED? or at+csq?
RSSI=Receive signal strengh indicator, it indicate the signal strengh that received by the UE. your sensitivity value might be the target and the indication should be accurate with in +/-2dB (not sure about CDMA but in WiMAX we will do like this)
I am not sure in CDMA but for WCDMA (should be similarities) there is an RX menu in CMU200 where you can find the reported level of the downlink CPICH (Common Pilot Channel) and RSSI, both in dBm.
In CDMA, the RSSI is reported to the base station. To measure the RSSI in CDMA phones, you need to have your device firware to dump the infomation to a display (conneted via USB). The dumped info can redirected to a SD card for further data mining and anlysis.
In GSM, the RSSI is reported to the base station always.

I meant to say that in CDMA the RSSI is not reported to the basestation. In GSM it is reported. Sorry abouth the confusion.
