Recommend me a 5.8GHz gunn diode

i am trying to make a microwave heating cabinet to dry up things and the frequency i need is 5.8GHz as it is ISM band. may i know what gunn diode can i use that is available in the market? I have searched the net and come across MDT http://www.mdtcorp.com/gunndiodepidown.html. Is there any other gunn available? thanks

0.5W to 1 watt is the most you get from a gunn diode.

A typical DC to RF efficiency of Gunn diodes/oscillators is 5-10% maximum. So you can better use the heat than RF power to dry anything.
It is better to use a standard microwave oven at 2.45 GHz to dry materials; the duty cycle (on/off) can be used to adjust the heating.
Designing anything else for a drying process is a waste of time and money.
